Culture Kids is more than just a music class for pre-school children, it is a journey into the magical world of texture, colour, shape, time and space. Here your child will experience and develop their creative imaginations, transforming music into a fun and exciting sensory experience. Your child will encounter, through the use of puppets, toys, dolls, photographs, books, flash cards and instruments from around the globe, the endless creativity that music brings. Your child will learn to develop their listening skills and further their attention span.
Through dance and movement your child will grow more aware of their body, fine and gross motor skills and their physical ability. The concepts of music will boost confidence and self esteem, thus, playing an important part in your child's social and emotional development. Culture Kids sessions will give your child a sound musical foundation, designed to stimulate the senses and engage children with both distinctive world music, pop music and traditional nursery rhymes. Parents/carers are encouraged to join in, support and interact with their children.
